Fukujinzuke Inari

| Original Fukujinzuke | 30g |

| Rice | 200g |
| Seasoned fried tofu pockets | 4 sheets |
| Rice vinegar (or grain vinegar) | 2 teaspoons |
| sugar | 2 teaspoons |
| Shiso | one sheet |
How to Make
- Place the rice, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and mix while cooling.
- Add 30g of Fukujinzuke and mix thoroughly (※Do not use the liquid from the Fukujinzuke).
- Divide the mixed rice into four equal portions and stuff them into the fried tofu pockets.
- If desired, mix in chopped shiso leaves or sprinkle them on top to finish.
Rice vinegar and sugar can be substituted with sushi vinegar (1 tablespoon).
